J.F. CAPELLE - Snowshoes Guide - Over 15 years experience

In Alpe d'Huez short Trips with Snowshoes are organised daily.  The program as well as the meeting points are availabe at the Tourist Information , at the E.S.F or within the guide´s leaflet.

For individuals : starting December 18 till end April.

• On Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays : 2 half day snowshoes´trips are organised each day.

• On Thursdays,  whole day trips.

Priority is given to registered people (only during school holidays), but you may as well join the group directly at the meeting points.
On weekends, it is possible  to schedule reservations for groups during all winter season.

For  groups:

• 1st to 15 December : "Large white evasion" program.
  From 1 to several days :
  A flexible program is suggested  depending on snow conditions

• From Thursday 1st of May to Sunday 4th May 2008 : " Oisans' Highlands".
  1 training session during 4 days with nights in lodgings.

A minimum of 5 registrations is  requested for any above mentionned group trip.
A good physical condition is required for group trips (4 to 6 hours  walk daily).
